They both have ceiling fans, lots of closet space and the large windows allow lots of natural light. There large open floor plan makes the combined living room/dining room flow easily together with large picture windows with west/southwest views of the front range. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space with tile floors, fridge, electric stove and an over the stove microwave.
