Apartment #10 is a first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is situated right across from the large in-ground pool. The Interior work on this apartment has been completed, and it is now ready for viewing! You can use our unique self-service showing technology to see the actual apartment all by yourself, at your convenience, and on your own recognizance now that the interior work is complete. You drive there, you unlock the door, and you tour the apartment without us being there with you! Please call 954-800-4196 for more information about the apartment and to receive instructions on how to use the latest innovation in apartment viewing technology - our self-serve system! FYI, viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week from 8AM-8PM. Apartment #10 - is a fully tiled apartment with Central Air. Window blinds are provided, and the rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal services. The apartment features a nice galley style kitchen with a combined living/dining area, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a linen closet opposite the bathroom, and closets with sliding doors. The building amenities include assigned off-street parking (one space/apartment), a large in-ground pool, and an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. Small pets are welcomed here (up to 25 lbs), but there are dog breed restrictions in place for the safety of our residents and our neighbors. There is a maximum of two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment, and a 1-time pet fee is additional and due at lease signing. The location is ideal - just steps east of Federal Highway, residents are close to major transportation routes, as well as all the restaurants and shops that are springing up all over Hollywood. The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is just a few minutes away by car, and despite being so close to Federal Highway the building's design helps keep the traffic noise to a minimum. Residents at Lee Manor are also within walking distance to a large major grocery chain, schools, parks, and several casual dining options along US-1. There is an $80 application fee per person over the age of 18, and background screening is performed with each application. Lease terms are for 12 months, and we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit, which is either 1, 2, or 3 months rent. There is a maximum of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment.
