The room can be furnished or unfurnished to your request. We are located right across from a big beautiful park and have a big backyard as well. Amenities included: balcony, hot tub, central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer dryer, and big yard. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Date Available: September 1st 2023. $1,000/month rent. $1,000 security deposit required. 3 months lease.
