Kitchen has a stove, fridge, and washer and dryer. Central heat and AC. Optional lawn maintenance service is offered, $100/month in addition to rent. Application process: applications are available electronically. Upon submission of the application, we perform credit, background, references. Credit Score requirement: 650+ no exceptions, clean background, no evictions. Application fee $55 per person. - We perform background and credit checks and require proof of income and proof of funds (copies of bank statements, pay check stubs, W2) . - Fees due at signing the lease: first month rent $1550 plus security deposit $1550, $150 move-out cleaning fee, plus any applicable pet fees. - Pets: 2 small pets max allowed. Non-refundable pet fee: $300/1 pet, $350/2 pets. We do not accept vouchers at this time. Thank you.
