About This Property

Gorgeous classic home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is perfect and feels like home the first time you walk in. The front of the house has a nice sized driveway that leads you to the carport. The front door has a nice security door before getting to the front door. All the homes are on the right side of the home with the master looking out into the backyard. All the rooms have beautiful flooring and NO carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms have delightful walnut colored wood cabinets and granite counter-tops. The kitchen comes with a black fridge and dishwasher and a whirlpool stove. There is another counter-top area to the right of the kitchen for additional space. Off the kitchen is an additional room that can be used as a mud room. Off that room is the laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups. The living room features a honeycomb fireplace and a step up into the dining area. Outside is a covered patio and large backyard for entertaining. This home will be available for occupancy December 10th. The rental rate is 1395 per month and the security deposit is 1495 plus 150 pet deposit per approved pet. 2 pets ok. No aggressive or exotic pets. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is 55 per adult. The application process includes credit criminal previous rental history employment and income verification. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1. The applicants household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate. If you are concerned about insufficient income you may be able to address this concern by adding a cosigner or offering additional security deposit. Contact us for details. 2. All our homes are offered as non-smoking. No smoking is allowed on the premises inside or outside the home. 3. Reasonable credit. We do not accept Section 8. 5. Applicant to provide proof that debts to previous landlords have been satisfied. An eviction can be grounds for denial. 6. No felonies for the past 10 years related to property damage illegal substance manufacturing or distribution or assault. Other criminal activity may be grounds for denial. 7.
