Availability date is subject to change. The ADU in the back and the carport/storage unit are off limits. There are two off-street driveway parking spaces in the front for the main house tenant's use. The back yard is not shared with the ADU and solely for the main house tenant's use. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. A 12 or 24 month lease preferred. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent is required. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee due upon move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is a $295 monthly utility fee due with rent, which includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet.
