Peaceful and spacious furnished apartment with study/sunroom and kitchenette on the 3rd floor of our elegantly restored and furnished 1876 Victorian house in a quiet safe neighborhood. Perfect off-campus housing for a traveling nurse, rotating medical resident, professional on sabbatical or student. Entrance is shared from the front door and part of our living space. We will leave the lights on for you to welcome you home! Street parking is easy. We will provide you with a free guest permit.Minutes fm Penn Station, MICA, John Hopkins, Mt. Vernon, Harbor, Fells Point. Walking distance to cafes, light rail & bus. Bolton Hill, known for the arts and 19th-century architecture. Great location on the beautiful and quiet tree-lined street. We are a friendly family and love sharing our home with interesting people and giving tips about Baltimore. Our original home town is far away - we are from Melbourne, Australia. We have sublet our homes to more than 30 people from all over the world and the USA.
