Located directly on the Deschutes River in a quiet, scenic neighborhood just south of Sunriver, this home is almost directly across the street from the boat ramp. It's a short drive or 30-minute bike ride to Sunriver Village for shopping, dining, and spa time at Sage Springs, and a quick 25–30-minute drive to Mt. Bachelor for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter months. Nearby attractions include Lava Butte, Benham Falls, the High Desert Museum, and LaPine State Park. If a noise complaint is called in by a neighbor after 10 pm, the Deschutes County Sheriff will be notified, and you could be evicted from the property without a refund. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. If the property is pet-friendly, any dog brought on the property must be one year or older.
