The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A spacious dining area and comfortable living room create a natural gathering space, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the large private bayview balcony. Enjoy access to elevated amenities, including a hot tub, pool, sauna, in-unit washer/dryer, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi. Luggage storage and parking are available for a fee. Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $200 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
