Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment at The Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is a short drive away, offering views of cruise ships at The Port of Miami and Star Island. Wynwood, known for its vibrant street murals, buzzing bars, and eclectic restaurants, is just a short drive away. Brickell City Center and the Design District are also nearby. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami offers a vibrant nightlife scene. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff is allowed, or it will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM.
