Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. The Adrienne Arsht Center is within a convenient 5-minute walk. Wynwood is just 5 minutes away, while Brickell City Center and the Design District are each 2 miles away. South Beach is a short drive away. Dance the night away at nearby nightclubs in Downtown Miami, all within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay. Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level.
