South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell City Center, the Design District, the Arsht Center, the Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami Nightlife are all within a short distance. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed, and evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM, and if your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
