Parking is available for a $200 fee for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability, and advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available, payable directly to the building each day. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment at The Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just an 8-minute drive, Wynwood is 5 minutes away, and Brickell City Center and the Design District are each 2 miles away. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children, with no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. No visitors allowed for any reservations shorter than 28 days.
