Guests can enjoy the beautiful hot tub (available all year) and the state-of-the-art gym (RG level, open 6 AM - 9 PM). On-site gourmet restaurants are also available. Parking is available for a fee of $200 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability, and advance notice is required if you need parking. South Beach is an 8-minute drive, Wynwood is 5 minutes away, Brickell City Center is 2 miles south, and the Design District is 2 miles north. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Lyft and Uber provide convenient ways to get around Miami, along with free public transportation options like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. The nearby Miami Metromover is recommended for hassle-free travel. The apartment's occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Height limit for valet is 6'6" (fits most SUVs but excludes trucks or vans). There is no valet service for slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds. No electric vehicle charging stations are available. Metered street parking is available for vehicles that exceed the height limit or cannot use valet services. An on-site Enterprise rental car company is conveniently located in our retail lobby. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The unit number will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
