Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from a trusted partner. Depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Additionally, a limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, there is a right to charge $100 per missing item.
