This will include: 3 most recent paystubs or an employment letter for verification of income. If you are a self-employed independent contractor, you must submit last year's tax return and/or your last three months of bank statements for your business. If you do not have any current income, you must be willing to pre-pay rent to qualify, if approved in advance by your property manager. -Tenants are responsible for having all utilities in their name for the duration of the lease and must have renters insurance. -EACH tenant must fill out an online application with the property manager. We do not accept Zillow applications. -The security deposit is due within 24-hours of an accepted application. -Landscaping maintenance is included. -There will be a 2-animal maximum and each animal may not weigh more than 50-lbs. -Refundable Pet Deposit is $300 per pet & pet rent is $35 per pet per month. 1.
