VETERANS in transitional housing accepeted but MUST be referred by their case manager. Units unfurnished rents are $750-$850 per month. Provide color copy of official government ID, DD-214, SSA or DVA or SSI benefits letter (or income info). Application & documents requested will be forwarded to local DVA office to determine if veteran qualifies for HUD/VASH. The photographs provided depict typical stuido apartment. All units have refrigerator, microwave, portable electric heater, smoke alrm, ceiling fans, LED lighting, and wall air conditioning units.
