Whether in Bozeman for work or pleasure, you'll love being centrally located, walking distance to the Co-op grocery store, Roost Fried Chicken & Feed Cafe. Want to grab coffee on Main Street downtown? That's just a 20 minute walk! Cooper Park isn't too far either. Your private room includes a full size bed, desk, bookshelf, kimono robe, slippers, books on local hikes, and a blackout shade. FOX & BEAR room share hallway bathroom. Parking for this room is street parking on cul-de-sac. This 2 level townhouse style condo is located near 19th and Main street in Bozeman. Upon entry, there is a powder room and hallway storage area - perfect for hats, gloves, coats, keys, bags.... The newly renovated kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, blender, crock pot, keurig and french press + plenty of tea stocked. The living space, also shared, is very spacious and has a ton of natural light. There are 2 barstools, a table for 6, and a gas fireplace. TV w/ ROKU downstairs is for shared use. Upstairs you'll find the 3 bedrooms. The FOX and BEAR bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. The BISON bedroom has a private bath. All bedrooms have plenty of storage, and you'll find towels, washcloths, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, laundry detergent, etc. If you need to store items in the garage (bikes, skis, luggage, etc) just ask! Property manager lives nearby and is happy to help with anything you need. Mail key is on the bulletin board in case you have mail sent to the unit during your stay. Laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods are stocked for your convenience. The kitchen has plenty of olive oil, spices, tupperware, cooking items for your stay. Housekeeper comes once every 4 weeks.
