Property Id: 138655 Your UPSTAIRS unit features a recently renovated kitchen and 1-year old carpets. You will love the privacy and the view from the second story deck or gathering around the large island in the kitchen. Two bedrooms and a living space to round out the unit. A shared washer and dryer available in the basement which is accessible through the internal stairwell. Pets: $250 deposit - Small dogs accepted (under 40 pounds). Cats accepted. No more than three animals. No smoking in the unit but on the deck is fine. You will have access to one off-street parking space. Why “Tree House?” Because the upper deck used to hide under a 50+ year old Maple Tree. Unfortunately, he needed to go due to the havoc he was wreaking on the deck. Now you have lots of sunshine in the summer and WAY less raking to do as the leaves are no longer an issue. Gas, water, electric are split 50/50 with the lower unit and billed monthly. Xfinity internet is 100% your responsibility.
