This cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is tucked away off of Campbell Ave. This home features hardwood floors, updated appliances, and a large partially finished basement with plenty of extra living space or storage. The home offers convenient access to rt. 29 and downtown Lynchburg! **This home will be available to tour beginning on 9/30. We are happy to take any applications or inquiries until then! 12 month lease agreement. Water, electric, gas, trash, internet services, and exterior maintenance are to be covered by tenant. A washer and dryer can be rented for $30 per month or residents can bring their own. Up to 2 pets are allowed; breed restrictions do apply. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $30/ month for 1 pet or $45/month for 2 pets. School Districts: WM Bass Elementary, Sandusky Middle, Heritage High Rental Requirements: -Net pay must be 3x the rent -For credit scores between 500-580, we will require a cosigner -Credit scores above a 580 will be considered -Applicants with collections accounts will be declined with few exceptions made -Cosigners must have at least 3x the rent in income and a credit score of 650 or higher
