There are ceilings fans and window blinds throughout. The garage has been tastefully enclosed and is large enough for a bonus room, a game room, or perhaps a study. Separate utility room/laundry room. There is a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator in the laundry room. These items are not warranted. There is a spacious yard that backs up to a creek. This home is 10-12 minutes to UF Health/Shands and the University of Florida. No undergrads. Pet friendly. Two pet maximum with a $250.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. Lawn care is tenant responsibility. Lawn mower provided but not warranted.
