Feel at home in this newly designed 4-bedroom, 2-bath home near Ohio State University, ideal for game day stays, family trips, and group getaways, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The dedicated game room features a ping-pong table, air hockey, and two retro arcade machines loaded with Golden Tee Golf, Pac-Man, and Galaga. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking essentials and a dedicated coffee bar. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully fenced backyard, and a park located right next door makes this home especially family-friendly. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Located less than half a mile from OSU’s campus and just over a mile from Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe), the home offers walkable convenience while still being tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for football weekends and campus visits. Absolutely no parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside; excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Strictly prohibited are underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and mini waste such as confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
