I am a very laid-back and benevolent soul which makes this an ideal situation for a similar student or single professional seeking a no-hassle quiet living situation. I typically spend 70-80% of my time out of town from May through August at my Lakehouse. The backyard is completely fenced-in with a fire pit, grill with dining table, and deck bar for entertaining small groups of friends. The neighbors are very friendly and have diverse cultural backgrounds. Convenient off-street parking is available for your vehicle. The rent is $750/month which includes all utilities, T-Mobile Internet, and a large flat-panel Smart TV in your bedroom. If selected a short-term 3-month lease will be offered to determine if there is a match. Post the three-month lease subsequent 6-month leases are offered.
