Old building, Poor AC/Heating, No Parking, Constant Walk-Throughs
This apartment was build back in the 1940's it's as old as time, most of the outlets don't work and the ones that do are randomly scattered around the apt. The heating and AC is terrible, it only really works in one bedroom of the house so if you have roommates chose your room carefully. The landlord with also start doing walk-throughs of the apt starting within the first 3 months of you living in the building. There is also no designated parking so you'll have to fight for street parking, you can usually find a spot within a block of two unless there is a football game, in which case you might find some parking down town. So if you like random strangers walking through your house, wearing 10 layers during winter, don't care about parking and like random strangers touring your apt during the week this is the place for you!
