The primary suite features a king-size bed, a swing chair, and a spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub, renovated shower, and double vanity. The spacious backyard includes a new gas grill, ideal for barbecues, outdoor games, or evening relaxation. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Located just a block from local favorites like Walmart Superstore, Wings n’ More, Chick-fil-A, and Panda Express, this home is also near the Turkey Creek Walking Trail and Shirewood Park for morning runs, strolls, and family fun. Kyle Field and Texas A&M University are just 9 minutes away. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be charged for unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door; all trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster, or a $20 charge will be applied. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. [SI]
