The living area features a wood burning fireplace and sliding glass door which leads to a private deck overlooking the subdivision pool. Large master suite with full master bath. Also included is in unit washer and dryer hookups and separate storage locker. Wonderful subdivision pool and clubhouse to enjoy. Security deposit equal to one months rent due at application. No application fee. Pet friendly- $200 non-refundable fee per pet. Tenant responsible for electric.
