Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days, music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
