Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund.
