The pet rules policy includes a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, a prohibition on pitbulls, a requirement that all pets must be housetrained, and a requirement that pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 will be assessed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second violation, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third violation.
