Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe, and on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
