Early check-in is available for $25 for 2 PM or $50 for 12 PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 for 12 PM, subject to approval. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
