Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, subject to approval. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! Music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First: Complimentary warning. Second: $100 fine. Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
