Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction.
