Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay and to prevent taking home any unwanted guests. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony is allowed, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
