Property Id: 943213 FURNISHED Studio in Auburn, CA. (This is in the bottom floor of our home w/ private entrance and large private deck overlooking our 1 acre property which borders the Auburn State Rec Area with walking/running trails galore accessing the American River. The Studio is comfortable for one person. Our property is not suitable for pets. Washer/drawer is available in our shared laundry room accessible from outside. There are two sets of outdoor stairs leading from the off-street parking pad to the studio. Location of home is in an older established tree-lined, quiet neighborhood. A 15-20 min walk (3 min drive) will take you into Old town and Downtown with restaurants and fun shopping. Drive to (SaveMart and Grocery Outlet) is about 7 minutes and larger box stores are a 15-min drive. The town of Auburn is located 40 min from midtown Sacramento and 2 hours from Lake Tahoe and Reno. We will require a credit/background check, employment/income verification and personal references.
