- 3bed/2bath Beach Home with Ocean Views at Sunset Beach, Pets Welcome - Spacious Beach Home- Ocean Views, Farm Field Views, Large yard, deck, off street parking, hard surface floors and granite countertops- laundry room onsite. Located at Sunset Beach community, at top of hill, past ranger checkpoint. Quick walk down the hill and you’re at the beach! One off street parking space. Pets are welcome but are evaluated on a case by case basis :) Text to schedule a viewing: Utilities billed separate, only landscaping is included in rent. Security Deposit is $5,345, with approved credit Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis (additional security deposit required) Application Process: The application process is completed online. An application will automatically be emailed to you after the showing. All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application - that is one application per person. There is a $500 Holding Deposit due prior to the screening of any/all applications. Holding Deposits are non refundable if Applicant fails to sign a lease.
