Living room has hardwood floors the rest are easy care laminate. Dining room has 2 built in corner display/storage cabinets. Living room has book shelves on both sides of the non-working fireplace. You can access the stairs going to the second floor from the living room and kitchen. The bath is over 10 feet square! It has a soaking tub and a ceramic tile shower that is over 3 feet square. The back yard is privacy fenced. There is a large front porch and a carport. You pay all utilities. Our requirements are: A minimum one year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years, the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent, no evictions in the last 5 years. A $45 application fee per adult occupant. Limit occupancy to two people per bedroom. No subsidized housing. No animals. Please contact us to ask any questions or set up a showing.
