An additional fee of $30 will be added if pets are found on beds or sofas, and a $50 fee will be applied for failure to clean up pet waste. Failure to report a pet prior to arrival will result in an additional $100 fee. Only three vehicles are permitted to park at the home in the private driveway. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No candles or other open flame items are allowed in the house. All minors must remain under adult supervision within the pool area, fire pit, and grilling area. Please remove all trash from the home and place it in outside garbage bins prior to checking out. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and a $500 fee will be assessed. No illegal activity or guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. All pets must be house broken and well-mannered. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. Pets are not to be bathed in the bathroom tubs or sinks. The backyard is fenced in; all pets must remain on leash when outside of the front of the home.
