About This Property

FAMILY OWNED, 3 - 4 bedroom condo conveniently located near Buckley and Smokey Hill in Aurora, CO. A background check and credit check, which costs $40 will be required of all applicants. We understand that the landlord-tenant relationship is typically a transitional and temporary one. We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible tenant that will take care of our unit for as long as they need to live there. In exchange, we will do everything we can to make their time there as pleasant and enjoyable as possible as they prepare for whatever the next stage of their life may be.
