There is also a guest casita just a few steps across the lovely courtyard where your friends or family can have a little privacy. The casita has a queen-size bed, TV and its own bath. It is filled with all the comforts of home. The study includes desks with a printer for your convenience. The lovely south facing patio has Kool deck coating, a firepit table with seating for 6, and a propane grill. The home backs to a common area for increased privacy. The courtyard offers yet another option to enjoy the lovely Arizona weather. The 2 car garage is accessed directly from the home and there is a Recirculation Pump to get that hot water to you quickly. The Grand is a 45+ community and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in Surprise and the surrounding cities and just a short 45 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport. The Grand has four 18 hole Golf Courses, two Recreation/Fitness Centers with Indoor and Outdoor Pools with Hot Tubs, a Day Spa, 22 Pickleball Courts, 11 Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball, Lawn Bowling, Walking Trails, and numerous Clubs and activities. Within the community are two full restaurants and one cafe with $1.50 soft serve ice cream! During the season there is regular entertainment for your enjoyment. If desired, renters can purchase a Renter Card. The use fees (non refundable) for a maximum of two Renter Cards per home are as follows: 1-3 month lease = $200 per person. With this Renter Card the renter may use both Fitness Centers, join clubs, buy tickets to events, and play golf at the resident rate. All renters have access to the Grand Cafe, Angela's Restaurant and Maple and Rye all located within the community. Renters who do not choose to sign up for the Renter Card will find that there are numerous fine public golf courses, tennis/pickleball facilities, and fitness centers in the area. You will find a Renter's Manual at the home for your reference. We have tried to include everything you could want to know about the property. We are always available to answer any questions you may have before or during your stay. Please do not hesitate to reach out for anything. This is a 100% smoke free home. And absolutely no pets! You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
