Our home provides a perfect environment for both with ample office/schooling space and lots of room for creative projects! Utilities are included for short term rentals but for longer term leases we do ask you to put the utilities in your own name. The entire property is available except for a locked storage area in the basement. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage. We have bikes, a canoe and a kayak available for use. This is a very quiet neighborhood. You'll have lots of space to yourself and may not see a single other person, but if you do, all of our neighbors are very nice. We are about 10 min from both downtown Racine and downtown Kenosha. Both have great shops and restaurants. Delivery is available to the house via grubhub and the like, and Instantcart delivers from lots of grocery stores. The nearest grocery store is a Piggly Wiggly but there are lots more within 10-15 min. Both Racine and Kenosha have great beaches and the Racine Zoo is super cute. There is a county bike trail about .5 miles from the house that connects to a really lovely series of trails in Racine.
