The living space includes comfortable furnishings and chic decor, with a fireplace for cozy evenings. The master suite boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom two is ideal for families with two twin beds, and bedroom three offers a queen bed and a workspace. The central bathroom features a full-size bath and overhead shower, complete with toiletries and towels. A convenient laundry area is also available. Beach gear including a wagon, chairs, and beach towels are provided. An outdoor BBQ area with ample outdoor seating is available. Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas, along with free driveway parking. The garage is not available for guests. Guests also have full access to Anastasia State Park with a gate located a couple minutes up the street, which is typically a cost to enter but is free for each guest with the supplied park pass. Ideally located right next to Anastasia State Park, guests can access a secluded beach via a gated entrance. The home is a short walk to a food truck park and a short drive to nearby restaurants and the attractions of historic downtown St. Augustine. Menendez Park is an eclectic neighborhood with charming homes and beautiful oak trees, just a mile from the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged $100 per hour.
