For added flexibility, a rollaway bed for an additional guest is available, and a Pack & Play can be supplied upon request. Parking is available for $50 per night, with limited spots, so inquire when booking to check availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions, with a fee of $50 per night. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM and before 10:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations.
