Southeast Eugene is the southernmost neighborhood of Eugene and is located just a few minutes from downtown and the University of Oregon. The northern part of the neighborhood has a cluster of apartments suitable for students. The other parts of Southeast Eugene are made up of permanent residences centered around the Rexius Trail. Large parks, like Hult City Park, dot the area and provide residents with more outdoor activities.
