This apartment is ideally located less than a block from City Park and just minutes away from Cheesman Park, Botanic Gardens, and Sprouts Farmers Market. You are only 8 minutes from Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes from downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, and 30 minutes from Red Rocks. Ski resorts are just an hour and a half away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, which are 5 minutes away, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, which are 15 minutes away. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system, while guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. This is a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. The team is available during business hours and after hours for emergencies. Dogs are welcome with a pet rent of $90 per dog per month, but there is a strict no cats policy. Noise disturbances due to pets, music, and children should be minimized to avoid eviction without refund. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out time.
