Nicknamed “America’s Hometown,” Plymouth was originally settled by the Pilgrims in 1620. Rooted in a rich history, Plymouth offers plenty of museums and iconic historical sites to explore the storied past of the town and the country. However, Plymouth is also decidedly modern, embodying the classic charm of seaside New England with lobster excursions, whale watching, deep-sea fishing, and a strong sense of community.
Plymouth residents come together for a wide variety of family-friendly events, including the Annual America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration and Parade, Fourth of July Fireworks, and a full schedule of free concerts throughout the summer at Pilgrim Memorial State Park, home of the famous Plymouth Rock. Recreational opportunities abound at the sprawling Myles Standish State Forest as well as numerous parks, fields, and beaches in Plymouth. Shopping options range from local boutiques in the downtown area to national retailers at Colony Place.

About the Listing Agent

Jack Murphy
Plymouth Village, Inc.
Jack decided to get into real estate after he graduated from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, where he was also a member of the men's basketball program. After acquiring his license in August of 2017, he has swiftly learned the ins and outs of the business. He has since been representing and assisting both buyers and sellers for our firm. In just 3 short years, Jack has developed his negotiation skills to where we know he is capable to represent any of our clients with honesty and integrity. Jack grew up in Plymouth, spending his summers in the water at Plymouth Long Beach and Manomet Bluff's. He was also a local graduate from Plymouth North High School in 2013. You may recognize him from the 6 summers he spent working at Anna's Harborside Grille, right on the waterfront in downtown Plymouth. In his spare time Jack enjoys spending time with his Silver Lab, Bella, as well as fishing, basketball and trying new breweries.
