Property Ratings at 166-Club 715 TIC
there were 2 property managers in the course of the 6 months i was there. both were super understanding & worked with me especially when i lost my job & fell behind on rent. eventually this led to me moving out but i really always wish that i still had the opportunity to live there. i felt safe & welcome & there were community events. maintenance was never a problem, we’d call & he’d come. i loved the key fob entry for security purposes. there was a practice fire alarm test which was good to know that they worked. me & some neighbors didn’t check our email so we didn’t know it was a test but glad that it was a smooth way down from the 3rd floor. downside is there is no elevators which sucks for moving & grocery shopping. there was damage in my unit that never got fixed so i was blamed for it. walls are extremely thin & our neighbors had several children which were quite loud sometimes. we had a corner unit so it only bothered us when we were on that side of the apt. the gym isn’t all that equipment wise & it was closed most of the time. the stairs were always so dirty & smelled bad. overall, it was a great first time apartment owner experience for me. i do plan on returning because i didn’t get to enjoy it the way i’d hoped ??

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our community. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your apartment and the experience. We are sad to see you go and hope to reconnect again in the future. We appreciate your recommendation and hope you had a positive overall experience with us.
Don’t move here. Any other place will be better. They said things to get us to sign the contract that they had no intentions of fulfilling on- you don’t get the things you PAY FOR- and there is someone new in the office every other week because they won’t pay the office staff enough to keep anyone here. It’s a nightmare. We spent 4 days with NO AC- I’m upset with the gym situation at this point. They have raised our rent $200 a month, and still have not given 24/7 access to the gym as we were promised, over a year ago. My husband hasn’t been able to go to the gym since we MOVED HERE because the hours of the gym are STILL currently 8:30am to 5:30pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Any adult with a job will not be able to EVER ACCESS THE GYM HERE. We signed the lease with them promising prompt 24/7 access to the gym. I never imagined my husband would be sacrificing his health to live here, While being charged for a gym he isn’t allowed access to. I feel manipulated and taken advantage of. I’m angry. We shouldn’t be paying this much for amenities that most residents will never have access to. * if you are like us, and desperately seeking a space with a patio to enjoy some outside space of your own, you might think this place works. But. You aren’t allowed to keep anything on your patio that a family would need a patio for. There was a recent email sent out to tenants (they send these with different rules listed every other month) - so you can see how little they allow you to be able to use your patio. They are also specific about what is allowed on the patio, and what type of holiday decor is even “allowed” as well as when it has to be taken down by. I’m all for not leaving your crap up half the year- but saying that a week is all that’s allowed is ridiculous- * playground has wood chips and not a single place for parents to sit and watch their children. As a parent, bringing my child to this playground has only happened once in over a year, because it’s out in the sun and there is literally not a single chair or bench or any shade for parents to use. I sat on the wood chips for 15 min in the sun and couldn’t take it anymore. I had to bring my daughter back inside. It just makes no sense as an actual play area. It obviously wasn’t designed to be used by parents and kids. *NO trashes located by the bbqs, or the mailboxes, so people on property constantly drop their trash around, and it rarely gets cleaned up before more trash and littering takes place.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience while you lived at Club 715, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention.
They charge tenants high cam fees and then they don’t pay their trash bill. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and have not been emptied in more than a week. They say they aren’t doing anything wrong. They will not give me any money back. Had to file a code compliance report with the city and the health department. Will use landlord tenant act as they do not hold up their part of the lease and refuse to remedy the situation.
