A carport is included for parking and tenant may rent a 44' x 72' outbuilding with a 20'6" wide and 13' tall door for an additional $300/month. There are several outbuildings on the property and some are rented for self-storage and seasonal storage but the self storage tenants have their own separate driveway for access. The home has a private well and septic system with a drainfield and is heated by Propane. Charter and TDS do not service this home but Frontier and Satellite Internet are options. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available immediately.
