The location couldn't be better - this quiet, well kept neighborhood has close access to US 35 for quick trips to work, the Greene, the Oregon District, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, or any where else you want to go in the great city of Dayton! Minimum Standards: Income must be at least three times the rent, must have good references from all previous landlords, no evictions ever, minimum credit score of 620 and a clean background check.
