Condo is on mountain side not parking lot side. There are 2 designated parking spots. It's conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Old Town Park City. Condo is on second floor. -$1,500 security deposit, of which $400 is non refundable -owner pays HOA which includes trash sewer and water -Tenants pay: Electric (45/month avg), Internet/cable, gas (40/month avg) -must fill out application to be approved to rent -Will rent up 3 years with no rent increase. The HOA has some rules that they actively enforce so we just want to make sure we can meet their requirements. Some of the main rules are: Anyone living in condo must be on lease agreement. When the HOA knows all tenants it promotes a safer complex. Any tenant vehicles regularly parked in condo complex must be registered to at least one tenant on lease agreement. Renters are not allowed to have pet unless they are registered service animals (proof must be provided). Smoking is only allowed by blue dumpsters in parking lot. Tenants are not permitted to smoke in the condo or on the balcony. Tenants are only allowed to have overnight guests 7 days within in a single month. A guest is considered anyone who is not on the lease that is spending the night.
